RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT

You will be the first point of contact for the Practice and will provide administrative support across the organisation.  You will manage the firm’s busy reception and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, direct and announce visitors appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Deal with post and general reception duties
  • Act as an administrative assistant to support legal and secretarial staff
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
