We are a thriving legal practice with offices in Kilmacolm and Bridge of Weir.
We want to continue to improve and develop the service we provide and seek to recruit an experienced legal secretary, principally with a conveyancing background, to work as part of the small and friendly team based in our Kilmacolm office.
You would act as “right hand” to the firm’s director and be comfortable in working with minimum supervision, liaising with clients and generally confident in using property and company portals.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years property and conveyancing experience, be IT literate, experienced in using Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel, and be a fast and accurate typist.
